These Terms cover your use of this website and of the ways you can contact tappStudio, the independent app studio run by me, Ibrahim Broachwala. There's no company behind "we," no account manager, and no fine print designed to confuse you. If something here seems unclear, that's a bug: email me and I'll fix the wording.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What tappStudio is
tappStudio designs, builds and looks after its own apps (currently Nasab, Splitup, My Deen, Misbaha and Hunar Circle). Nothing on this site is an offer of services, and contacting me doesn't create any agreement to build something for you. If we ever work together on anything else, we'll agree the terms separately and in writing.
2. Terms for the apps
This page covers the website only. Each app has its own terms, which apply when you use that app, and its own privacy policy and support page:
Hunar Circle is run from its own site, hunarcircle.com. If an app's terms and these Terms ever disagree about that app, the app's terms win.
3. Using this website
3.1 Content
The content on this site (text, design, logos, screenshots and other images) belongs to tappStudio or its respective owners. It's mine to share, not yours to copy. Don't reproduce or redistribute it without asking first. App names and store badges belong to their owners.
3.2 Fair use
Don't use this site to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send harmful content, or try to poke around systems you're not meant to be in. Normal internet manners.
3.3 Links to other sites
This site links to things like the App Store, Google Play and social profiles. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for them.
4. Getting in touch
If you send feedback, a bug report, a feature idea or any other message through the contact form or by email, you're welcome to do so, and I'll read it. By sending it, you let me use your ideas and suggestions to improve the apps without owing you anything for them. Please don't send anything confidential or sensitive. How your message is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. What I promise, and what I don't
I try to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. I don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Liability for an app is covered by that app's own terms.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the courts of Mumbai, India, regardless of where you're located, unless local law says otherwise.
7. Changes
I can update these Terms as the studio evolves. I'll update the date at the top when I do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're fine with the update.
